What can be done in 4 Weeks at 360 Fitness?

Obviously exercise should be a long term approach focusing on health, fitness and general well being.

Still when our clients come to us they want results FAST!

Paula has done 4 weeks with our Personal Trainer’s at 360 Fitness and has 11 pounds off already, with the majority of her training with weights with short bursts of cardio included.
