She came back after Christmas into 360 Fitness, motivated and determined to get the results she wanted.She increased her weekly sessions from two to three with our Personal Trainer’s, and asked us to set her daily calories for training and non-training days. She has worked hard each week and followed her calories every day.After her weigh in her this week, she has lost 1.5kg (3.3 pounds). A loss of just under a pound a week.But, more importantly for her and for us, she has lost inches.
