As well as offering our small group training here at 360 Fitness, we are now also offering 1:1 check in sessions with all clients.
These are designated 15 minute slots where you can sit down with one of our Personal Trainer’s and talk about anything, from setting an achievable training goal, discussing your nutrition, anything at all training or nutrition related.
January is the perfect time to get yourself going again with a realistic, achievable goal that you can work towards.
To book one of the 1:1 slots, just have a look on the app you use to book your sessions or speak to one of the team. These are completely free and don’t count as one of your training sessions either.
