How We Help You

At 360 Fitness our Small Group training is our core package and we pride ourselves on offering an inclusive training space for all abilities, led by a team of dedicated expert trainers.

Small group training enables you to work with one of senior trainers in a small group of like minded people, meaning you get the ultimate attention to detail of working with a Personal Trainer, but allowing you to get this at a price that’s extremely affordable compared to traditional 1-2-1 training prices.

The process works initally with us having a chat to the client, about their previous training , going through any injuries, and going through what they would like to achieve with us.

Whether that’s fat loss, building muscle, toning up, getting back up to speed after recovering from injury/ time off the gym, or simply getting fitter or healthier.

From there we do an in-depth health check of the client using our Inbody scales, which tells use a lot of information including their weight, body fat, muscle mass and health markers of the clients.

This gives us a starting point, which we can then monitor monthly to ensure we are making progress and working towards their goals.

From this information and the clients goals, we can produce an extremely tailored to your needs and requirements in the workout.

So each session the client is doing a workout which is beneficial to you, and for you to make progress.

What are the different options?

Each session last around 45 mins long, with 1-2-1 check in slots available daily to assess diet and training.

We have 4 packages:

  • 1 training session each week with 360 Fitness
  • 2 training sessions each with with 360 Fitness
  • 3 training sessions each with with 360 Fitness
  • Unlimited training with 360 Fitness which allows you to come as many days and times as you want.

Do you help with Nutrition?

On the nutrition side, each client is provided with a dedicated trainer to help them with nutrition. Again this is individualised to the client. We have different systems from checking in daily, weekly, food diaries, using tracking apps.

From our feedback from the client we can see what works best for them, what they can adhere to, and what produces them the best results without restricting them or taking over their life.

What’s it like being in the Gym?

In terms of the gym atmosphere, 360 Fitness is an amazing place to workout, especially if your experience of gyms are commercial gyms, where no one knows your name, no one helps you, and you feel self conscience.

This is the opposite training alongside others provides the perfect environment to have fun whilst progressing your training. Our team of world class trainers get to know you, make you feel at home and make sure you get the individual attention you need to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
