Special mention to Tatty & Fiona. They joined us at 360 Fitness Gym in January and have consistently done two sessions each week with our Personal Trainer’s, pushing hard for the full session each time. They’ve made improvements with their nutrition alongside this and the results are coming. 
Following this weeks weigh in, Tatty has now lost 5kg and 6 inches. Fiona has lost 3kg and 6.5 inches. An impressive result and well deserved after all their efforts.
They’ve both noticed significant strength improvements and their overall fitness has also improved.
It’s like we always say to all our clients, consistency is key.
