7kg down for Kirstin!

Shout out to Kirstin who’s lost 7kg training with us at 360 Fitness!
Kirstin trains twice a week, and struggled to stick to regular exercise before joining us.
Now shes been consistent, and made changes to her diet and see the success.
Kirstin was shocked that she was carrying that 14 pounds (7kg) weight on her body everyday, now she’s lifting it above!
