Mark joined us in the position that a lot of guys find themselves in when they haven’t really exercise for a while and needed to get back in a routine and back in shape.Mark comes in twice a week, and is very consistent with his sessions each week. Initially we focused on dropping body fat when he joined, and dropping inches off his waist which worked well.
