Weights working for our women!

Fantastic work by Carol and Eileen. Both ladies have improved their strength considerably with weight training. Both Carol and Eileen suffered with joint pain in their knees, shoulders and wrists but since joining 360 fitness their pain has more or less gone. Their joint mobility has improved along with their fitness.

A lot of people think they can’t exercise due to limitations or injuries but our Personal Trainer’s are trained to work around these to help get results.
