Rob has been consistent with his training for several weeks now. He does three sessions a week at 360 Fitness with our Personal Trainer’s in our small group sessions. and has completely changed his habits with his nutrition.
He has now lost over a stone in weight, has lost an impressive 4 inches from his waist and has managed to add an inch to his arms and legs.
He has used a mix of cardio and resistance training, todays session was a combination of the two:
10x Deadlifts – 25x Jump Squats – 20x Floor Press – 15x Rear Delt Fly – 10x Press Ups – 5x Burpees – 1x Prowler. For 10 Rounds.
