At 360 Fitness Gym our Personal Trainer’s set 4 weeks block for clients to get stronger on key lifts.
The Deadlift being one of the staple lifts, due to it hitting the big muscle groups in the back and legs, plus working the lungs!
Here Harsha, Lesley and Sumi in our small group sessions, they are doing a 5kg increase on last weeks Deadlift, as well as an increase in reps.
Which means they are getting stronger!
As alway for ladies if you want to get more toned you need to be living as heavy as you can with good technique.
