Getting to the goal!

Well done to Danielle!

She wanted to reach her goal weight of 54kg, starting from 60kg. After working with the trainers at 360 Fitness, for today’s weigh in she has got her target! Whilst also bringing her body fat percentage down by 3% since her last weigh in.

She’s done it through hard work in the gym, often doing double sessions on our unlimited package and controlling her nutrition.
