Do the scales matter?

Here is client Sumis transformation since she started in February, with our team of personal trainers at 360 Fitness.


It’s not always about the scale…her weight has fluctuated but the pictures show that don’t be obsessed with the scales! 

If for example the first few weeks she was obsessed by her weight, she may have quit, as nothing happened for a few weeks for Sumi. So don’t worry too much at the start about the weight, build good habits, and that will ensure the weight will come off and stay off in the long run.


By having a balanced diet (the odd weekend where she went out and enjoyed herself) she still managed to achieve her transformation. 
Having the balance and consistency will lead to achieving your goal!
