Make friends and get fit!

Community is what we pride ourself on at 360 Fitness.

Rachel and Paul come in the gym, the same time every Tuesday and have become friends through training together.

We give them the same workouts which they love because as well as our Personal Trainer’s they can help push each other and have been getting good results.

Plus the main thing they enjoy coming!

Exercise should be hard but working hard surrounded by friends and like minded people makes it easier!
