November’s member of the month is Sarah!
Sarah comes to us 1 day a week and puts in 100% every session, she also trains at her work gym and has completely changed her nutrition.
Keeping so consistent and changing her lifestyle completely Sarah has lost a total of 5st so far including the 10kg (1st 6lbs) she has lost with us in the last 3 months.
Sarah’s body shape is also changing and after meeting her 6 week goal in 3 weeks we have set an additional goal ready for Christmas.
