Why goal setting is important?

It was her goal to hit 100kg since the start of the year.

Like any goal it’s not always been plain sailing, some weeks she’s tried and the bar wouldn’t budge from the floor. 

But Rachel has plugged away with the help of the 360 Fitness Personal trainers and clients, and achieved the goal!

Imagine the feeling, when you have worked so hard for something and then achieved it 💪

Exercise isn’t easy, there are days you don’t want to do it, or it feels hard, but once you set goals and work towards them. It helps keeps you focused and becomes an important part of your life 💪
