Hitesh 4 week results with 360 Fitness

January’s member of the month goes to Hitesh, and looking at his weigh in sheet it’s easy to see why!

Starting with us 4 weeks ago on the 28 day programme, training 3 times a week with a big focus on improving his body composition and dropping body fat. He constantly asked questions regarding his nutrition and how he could improve that to benefit his training and results. He came in and worked hard every session whilst still keeping active in his own time too.

He has now moved over to the unlimited package and is training with us 6 times a week!

Since he started, he has dropped 3kg in weight, added 1kg of muscle mass and dropped an incredible 7% body fat!!

Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve in the next 4 week period!
