John comes in twice a week with our 360 Fitness Personal Trainer’s, put his head down and works hard.
We hear people saying “I’m too old to start exercise!”
Which is crazy because as you get older the importance of exercise is greater, to strengthen the joints, for health and as always for body composition.
It’s inspiring to see the positive mindset and focus that John shows, and he won’t mind me saying he’s in his mid 60s! Plus he joins in with the 360 football with guys half his age!
