Progression is always what we aim for at 360 Fitness Gym between our Personal Trainer’s and clients. A lot of times that can be weight loss, inches loss, or lifting heavier weights. In this case John, used to this exercise “Manmakers” on a bench as he didn’t have the strength/ mobility to do it from the floor. So it’s brilliant so see his progress now, that he can do the full exercise with good technique.
