John progress

Progression is always what we aim for at 360 Fitness Gym between our Personal Trainer’s and clients.
A lot of times that can be weight loss, inches loss, or lifting heavier weights.
In this case John, used to this exercise “Manmakers” on a bench as he didn’t have the strength/ mobility to do it from the floor.
So it’s brilliant so see his progress now, that he can do the full exercise with good technique.
This has been done with John coming in twice a week and it shows what is possible with consistence and putting the work in.
