12 pounds off in 2 weeks

Great results from Steve this morning.

After following a food plan set by our Personal Trainer’s for two weeks to give him the kick start with his nutrition he needed, he has lost a total of 12 pounds in weight at 360 Fitness Gym.

His mindset towards nutrition has changed and he’s going to continue with this food plan, alongside his three sessions a week with us and we’re looking forward to seeing the next set of results.
