Heena’s first month at 360 Fitness!

Massive well done to Heena who after her weigh in this morning has lost 9 pounds in four weeks with us at 360 Fitness working in our small group sessions with the Personal Trainer’s.

Heena fell out with exercise after not finding the time in her schedule and not really getting the results she had wanted.

She came to us and now makes time to fit two sessions a week in, plus doing plenty of walking in her spare time too.Looking forward to helping her continue on her journey and continue to get the results her effort and hard work deserves.
