Colin loses 5kg in 2 weeks..how?

Colin wanted to drop some weight before his holiday, and was willing to really be strict with the diet to see the results he wanted.

So we made a plan which was still 4 meals a day, high protein, no junk (except one night out during the plan !) whilst doing his usual 2 group sessions Personal Training sessions a week with us at 360 Fitness Stalybridge.

A lot of people are focusing on exercise to drop weight, weight training particular will help you tone up and look better 💪

But to lose a good amount of weight, nutrition is key, maintaining a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight.

Here Colin’s calories where lower than usual, so a big deficit ensured a big weight loss. He was never hungry on this plan, as his meals based around fish and chicken, with lots of veg and carbs included too.

Now he’s delighted going on his holiday, at a weight he thought he couldn’t get back to and he’s down more 15 kg since started with us!!
