Dawn has lost an incredible 10kg of weight (the same weight as the plate she is holding) whilst training with us at 360 Fitness and adding 5 percent of muscle on at the same time too!
Dawn does one session a week with our Personal Trainer’s in a small group training session and has done consistently, whilst doing a couple of runs a week.
She’s pretty consistent with the diet but definitely enjoys herself too with some treats !🍷 🍕
It is a good reminder that fitness doesn’t need to take over your life, and you can great results with consistency, hard work and working with trainers to push you 💪
