Half a stone off in 4 weeks!

Brigid trained with us in the past at 360 Fitness, and recently got back in with training with our Personal Trainer’s again. She had been doing classes each week and walking, but not really been seeing results. A lot of clients think they can’t lose the weight and Brigid was the same.

But we have educated on her calories, to realise how many calories she needs to consume and burn to see results on the scales.She’s been training 3 times a week these past 4 weeks too, with our training style, a mixture of weights/cardio and is on track to get her target weight in the next few weeks
