At 360 Fitness we usually do individualised workouts in a small group training format.
@fordyblue and @rachelt8343 are friends, have similar fitness levels so this bank holiday we opted for a partner workout for them both.
This means one will continue working on a specific exercise until the other has done their allocated reps/ calories on another machine.
Here’s a few they did :
Prowler – there and back
Squats to the ledge until complete
20 DB deadlifts
Mountain climbers until complete
300 m rower
Airbike until complete
Split squats 12 each side
Deadlifts until complete
It’s a great way to ensure both clients work hard and keep intensity high 💪
