Colin came with to us with a bad knee. He used to wear a strap on it because he was worried about it when exercising and used to give him a lot of pain!
This was what he is doing now, running strong on the treadmill with good pace.
This isn’t common for us at 360 Fitness.
A lot of injuries can be helped by building up strength in the surrounding muscles and dropping bodyfat.
Which Colin has done really well 👏
